The oil and juice are squeezed for the materials in the state of the min. friction force and compression force by the stopper effect of a reverse screw block 7. The oil and juice obtd. in such a manner are gathered from the slits of a bar 13 with horizontal slits through the meshes of the cage of the barrel 4 into a receiving trough and the squeezed oil layer is discharged from a die 9.
