CONSTITUTION: The objective composition contains apolactoferrin and lysozyme as active components at a weight ratio of 5:95W95:5. Apolactoferrin can be separated from cow's colostrum, transitional milk, normal milk or late lactation milk and lysozyme can be separated from albumen. An apolactoferrin having iron saturation degree of ≤20wt% can be used for the purpose. Apolactoferrin is a protein produced by removing iron from lactoferrin which is an iron-bonded protein and has iron-bonding and fixing property. Accordingly, iron component required by bacteria is bonded with apolactoferrin before the component is absorbed and taken by the bacteria to suppress the proliferation of the bacteria by the lack in iron.
