Therefore, water is flowed into the inside of a suction part 6 in the whole surfaces in uniform flow rate and the velocity of water which is passed through the ballast 2 is almost equal in the whole surfaces of its passing range and regulated to the proper value. Therefore, the breeding of Chlorella and aerobic microorganism or the like is accelerated in the inside of the ballast 2 and the clogging of the ballast 2 is prevented and the Chlorella or the like may be supplied as the green food for aquarium fishes.
