PREPARATION: An aniline derivative expressed by formula II is reacted with a chloroformic acid ester or chlorothioformic acid ester expressed by formula III in a solvent, e.g. benzene, in the presence of a dehydrochlorinating agent, e.g. pyridine, under cooling or heating at 0W150°C to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I .
