8W20 alkyl, or alkylene; X is group shown by the formula III, or formula IV; m and n are 0 or ≥1, with the proviso that 1 ≤m+n≤30) which are well-known as dispersant for pigment, drift inhibitor for dust of agricultural chemical, as an inhibitor for decomposition or stabilizer, so that decomposition of a fungicide is suppressed and it is stabilized. When this composition in prepared into dust, granule or wettable powder of ordinary agricultural chemical, it can stand long period preservation.
