A design change information housing display means 8 newly places the name of the device having the design change unit retrieved by the means 7 in order of the data of delivery, prepares a design change application indication chart wherein the order number, data of delivery, customer name, device name, state of work in process, and quantity of design change unit are added to them, and displays on the terminal 5, as well as houses it in a design change information file 4.
