摘要	A bicycle controller and a bicycle control system are provided that effectively supply power from one battery to a plurality of bicycle components. The bicycle controller includes an electronic control unit that controls power consumed by a plurality of bicycle components. The power is supplied from a common battery. The bicycle components include at least a first component and a second component. In a case where a charge amount of the battery is a first level, the electronic control unit reduces the power of the battery consumed by the first component. In a case where the charge amount of the battery is a second level that is lower than the first level, the electronic control unit reduces the power of the battery consumed by the second component.
