| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain a caster withstanding a heavy load with compact structure by providing a chain of bearings in multiple stages between an inner tube portion and an outer tube portion which are formed with a hollow, cylindrical shape between a mounting portion and a wheel portion. CONSTITUTION:A caster 1 is composed of a mounting portion 2 and a wheel portion 3. And the mounting portion 2 is composed of a hollow, cylindrical inner tube portion 22 having a flange portion 21, and each of an upper and a lower grooves 4A, 5A for stopping bearings are provided in the outer peripheral wall surface 23 of the inner tube portion 22. On the other hand, the wheel portion 3 is composed of a hollow, cylindrical outer tube portion 31, a pair of supporting legs 32 of supporting legs 32 provied downward in both sides of the lower portion of the outer tube and a wheel 33 supported by the legs, and eachof an upper and a lower grooves 4B, 5B for stopping the bearings are provided in the inner peripheral wall surface 34 of the outer tube portion 31. And each of the upper and the lower portions 5, 6 for accomodating a chain of bearings are formed by each of the grooves 4A, 5A and 4B, 5B for stopping the bearings as mentioned above, and a number of bearings B are inserted into this portion through each of an upper and a lower inserting holes 41, 51 and thus each of the upper and the lower chains of the bearings are formed. | ||||||
