| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain this rack bar with high accuracy, by facilitating the manufacture of a gear cutting tool by elastically indenting a central portion of a tooth row of a rack bar blank before cutting gears and by cutting gears by using an ordinary gear cutting tool with a uniform tooth row. CONSTITUTION:A work 9, a blank of a rack bar 4, is formed in a round bar-shape, and gears are cut up to a point B positioned at a distance of l on the right side from a point A near the center from the point A.
