| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To put a cutter completely along the desired cutting face by rounding off the edge near its tip in the direction apart from the face to be cut. CONSTITUTION:When the tip of an oil seal finishing cutter 7 enters the oil face angle side 4 of an oil seal 1, the cutter 7 is slid on the oil face angle side 4 by means of the roundness M provided near the tip 11 of a edge line 10, and is guided so that the straight section 12 of the cutter 7 is made in parallel with the face 6 along the oil face angle side 4. Then, the tip 11 starts cutting the gum stretch 5, and finally the straight section 12 cuts the rubber coating 5, therefore the cutting face is kept nearly in parallel with the face 6 along the oil face angle side 4, preventing any miss cutting. | ||||||
