| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To aim at making a cutting edge position checkable in a state of what a cutter body is being set to a machine tool body, while causing the cutting edge position to be numerically displayed at the time of checking. CONSTITUTION:A cutting edge position check block made up in an almost polygonal column form of section inverted T-shape form is mounted on a surface plate 1 of a machine tool. A base 2 is flatly formed up and moves slidably at will. On the base 2, there is provided with a shallow clearance groove 3 preventing foreign substances from biting in. In addtion, on the base 2, there is also provided with a block part 4 extending over its full length whereby stability on the surface plate 1 is much improved. A grade to the base 2 of a cutting edge contact surface 5 is displayed by a scale part 6. | ||||||
