摘要	PURPOSE:To obtain shape steel covered with a different king of metal at a high speed by a simple process, by applying an adhesive agent onto a thin plate of a high grade metal, making it tightly adhere onto the outside circumferential surface of shape steel of a base material, and jointing the end part with the end parts overlapped. CONSTITUTION:A band-line thin plate 1 of a different kind of metal is cut in a prescribed length to make a covering material, and to its one surface, an adhesive agent is applied by an adhesive agent applying device 2. Subsequently, on its center line, shape steel which becomes a base material 3 of the same length is placed, the convering material 1 and the base material 3 are jointed together, and are fed into a forming roll device consisting of a roll group which is made by combining suitably a urethane rubber roll and a metallic roll. The covering material 1 is pressed by the outside circumferential surface of the base material 3, is made to tightly adhere in order, covers the whole circumferential surface, and both end parts of the covering material 1 are stuck so as to be slightly overlapped.
