| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To obtain a vaccine capable of affording immunity to many kinds of intestine-infections microbial strains, containing antigen to several kinds of Escherichia coli strain capable of collectively manifesting chromosome- mediated adhesion factor (pili) and plasmid-mediated pili. CONSTITUTION: This vaccine contains antigen to several kinds of Escherichia coli strain capable of collectively manifesting (A) Type I pili, (B) CAF I pili and/or CAF II pili and (C) antigen-type plasmid-mediated pili manifestable by K88 pili and/or 0-159 Escherichia coli strain E2985/76. The above-mentioned Escherichia coli strains include serum-type 018 and 0125 ones capable of manifesting Type I pili, serum-type 025 and 078 ones capable of manifesting CAF I pili, serum-type 06 and 08 capable of manifesting CAF II pili and serum- type 0149 one capable of manifesting K88 pili. Immunoglobulin active against the above-mentioned several kinds of Escheirchia coli trains is formulated in human foods (esp. milk for human infants) so as to afford infants in their lactation period with passive immunity to gastrointestinal tract infection.
