Das erfindungsgemäße Konzept ist im Bereich der zumindest einen Entnahmevorrichtung dadurch verbessert, dass in deren Bereich jeweils zumindest ein Befestigungsadapter vorgesehen ist, der einerseits die Entnahmevorrichtung aufnimmt und andererseits zum Bereich des Rahmengestells hin eine Verbindung herstellt. Dabei kann der die Entnahmevorrichtungen aufnehmende Befestigungsadapter über zumindest ein Zwischenglied mit dem Rahmengestell verbunden sein. Ebenso ist denkbar, als Zwischenglied für den Befestigungsadapter zwei innenseitig an der vorderseitigen Aufnahmekontur des Rahmengestells unmittelbar festlegbare Vertikalstreben vorzusehen.

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Entnahmevorrichtung für Lebensmittelprodukte, insbesondere Brot- und/oder Backwaren, vorzugsweise Stangenbrote oder Baguettes (1).
