First hinge plates(11) and second hinge plates are formed in pairs at both sides of the top surface of the seat board plate. Hinge pins are formed on the bottom surfaces of the seat plates to be coupled to the first and second hinge plates, respectively. Supporters(50) maintain the hinge-coupling states of the first and second hinge plates and the hinge pins below the seat board plate. Spring supporting grooves are formed in the opposite faces of the seat board plate and the seat plates. Height-adjustable toppers(40) are installed between the seat board plate and the seat plates so as to set up rotation angles of the seat plates around the hinge pins. |

본 고안은 의자용 좌판의 완충구조에 관한 것으로서, 받침다리 축(11)으로부터 수직 되는 상부에 쿠션(10a)을 갖는 좌판(10)의 설치 및 좌판(10)으로부터 등받이(2), 팔걸이대(3)가 연결 설치된 의자(100)에 있어서, 상기 받침다리 축(11)으로부터 좌판(10)과 동일한 면적의 받침판(30)이 연결 설치되는 한편, 상기 받침판(30)으로부터 좌판(10)이 체결보울트(40)와 너트(50)의 결합으로서 부상 설치되고, 상기 받침판(30) 중앙에는 좌판(10)으로부터 체결보툴트(40)를 관통 설치하기 위한 관통공(31)이 형성되며, 상기 관통공(31)을 기준으로 열십자 선상에 지지홈(32)이 형성되고, 이 지지홈(32)으로부터 스프링(60)의 일단이 안내 설치되고, 상기 스프링(60)의 타단은 좌판(10) 저면에 받쳐 지지되며, 상기 좌판(10)의 중앙에는 체결보울트(40)의 머리부분(41)을 지지하기 위한 힌지공(12)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는바, 받침판으로부터 좌판의 부상설치 및 그 상이에 스프링을 다수개 두어 받침판으로부터 좌판의 탄력설치와 더불어 받침판 중앙으로부터 좌판의 중앙에 체결보울트를 설치하고 이 체결보울트의 머리부분을 중심축으로 좌판에 받는 하중의 편중된 상태에서 기울임 각을 갖도록 해줌으로써 좌판의 완충효과는 물론, 좌판에 앉는 사용자로 하여금 바른 자세로 움직이는 과정, 몸을 틀어 움직이는 과정에서 허리 부분의 자연스런 운동효과를 주어 의자에 장시간 앉아 있는 압박감으로부터 피로를 풀어줄 수 있는 효과가 있다.

An apparatus and method are provided for a sofa seat cushion comprising a cushion core including a multiplicity of pocketed springs enclosed within an upholstery foam envelope. The pocketed springs are positioned side by side in a spring layer arrangement and are independently operable. A memory foam layer positioned above the upholstery foam envelope comprises a material capable of molding to a person's body sitting on the sofa seat cushion and then quickly returning to an original shape once the person leaves the sofa seat cushion. The memory foam layer comprises a gel-infused visco-elastic memory foam with a polyethylene terephthalate layer positioned there above. Directly below the upholstery foam envelope is an upholstery-grade polyurethane foam layer with a polyethylene terephthalate layer positioned directly thereunder. An exterior upholstery surrounding the cushion core provides a plush seating surface. |
