88 | FOLDING STOOL | EP14880188.9 | 2014-08-08 | EP3111805B1 | 2018-02-28 | TANG, Hongyan |
The invention relates to a folding stool that comprises a stool body and a backrest. A backrest plate is connected with an upper sitting face of the stool body through hinge devices, the hinge devices comprise the first hinges and second hinges, wherein the first hinges and the second hinges are in rotating connection. The first hinges are fixedly connected to the two plates, the first hinges each comprise two lug portions arranged in the longitudinal direction, the second hinges each comprise four lug portions symmetrically arranged in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, and the two pairs of symmetrical longitudinal portions of the four lug portions of the second hinges are connected with the two lug portions of the two first hinges through rotating shafts. A limit plate is fixedly connected to the back of each second hinge and comprises two limit faces facing each other. When the backrest is rotated to the position perpendicular to the upper sitting face of the stool body through the hinge devices, the two longitudinal limit faces of each limit plate are used for limiting rotation of the corresponding first hinge and the corresponding second hinge of the backrest plate respectively. According to the folding stool, a stool cap and the backrest can be stored into a whole by folding the backrest, so that the occupied space is reduced, and transportation and storage are facilitated. | ||||||
