The present invention relates to a bed mattress and, more particularly, to a bed mattress side surface reinforcing device. According to the present invention, a side surface reinforcing material is disposed at a side surface edge so that a bed mattress spring assembly is received and a sagging reinforcing material is disposed at four corner portions of the spring assembly so that a mattress side surface deformation can be prevented by sagging being prevented at a mattress boundary and the four corner portions and a restoring force being improved. The bed mattress side surface reinforcing device according to the present invention is obtained by sewing the followings with a sewing cloth: the side surface reinforcing material on an upper circumference of a fiber pad that has a rectangular frame shape and is used for side surface reinforcement, a first reinforcing material of chemical sponge being disposed on an outer side and a second reinforcing material of polyester fiber being disposed on an inner side; the spring assembly with a plurality of transverse and horizontal springs in an inner side space between a lower insulation pad and an upper insulation pad and being received in the side surface reinforcing material; the sagging reinforcing material for sagging reinforcement that is disposed as a cylindrical rubber at the four corner portions of the spring assembly; a stacking member on the upper insulation pad where a chemical sponge, a lumen air fiber, a high-elasticity slab foam, and a synthetic fiber are stacked in sequence; an upper fabric on the stacking member; a side surface fabric outside the side surface reinforcing material; and a a push prevention fabric on a floor. |

Disclosed are an elastic body having a good elasticity and an impact absorbing efficiency, a method of manufacturing the same and a mattress employing the same. The elastic body is a foamed polyurethane body including polystyrene and has a plurality of foams in which air is contained. The elastic body is prepared by a method comprising the steps of preparing polyether polyol by mixing poly alcohol and a polyether compound in a mixing ratio of 3-5 to 5-7 by weight, obtaining a polyol mixture by adding 2-20 parts by weight of polystyrene and a trace amount of a catalyst and water to 30-50 parts by weight of the obtained polyether polyol, adding and stirring 20-60 parts by weight of an isocyanate compound to 40-80 parts by weight of the polyol mixture at 20-80° C., and pouring the resulting product into a mold to foam cast. A mattress manufactured by using such elastic bodies has a good elasticity and is capable of absorbing pressure, thereby providing comfort for users. |

탄성과 충격 흡수 성능이 우수한 탄성체 구조물, 이의 제조 방법 및 이를 포함하는 매트리스가 개시되어 있다. 탄성체 구조물은 폴리스티렌이 포함된 폴리우레탄 발포체로 이루어지며 내부가 공기를 포함하는 다수의 기포로 이루어지는데, 이는 다음과 같이 제조된다. 먼저, 다가 알코올과 폴리에테르 화합물을 3-5 : 5-7의 중량비로 혼합하여 폴리에테르 폴리올을 제조하고 얻어지는 폴리에테르 폴리올 30-50 중량부에 폴리스티렌 2-20 중량부, 미량의 촉매 및 물을 첨가하여 폴리올 혼합물을 제조하도록 한다. 20-80℃의 온도 범위에서 40-80 중량부의 폴리올 혼합물에 20-60 중량부의 이소시아네이트 화합물을 첨가하고 교반한 후 얻어지는 결과물을 몰드에 붓고 발포 성형한다. 제조되는 탄성체 구조물을 사용하여 매트리스를 제조하면 탄성이 우수하고 압력을 독립적으로 흡수할 수 있어서 사용자에게 쾌적하고 안락한 사용감을 제공해 주게 된다. |
