SOLUTION: The mattress with the body pressure dispersing performance is composed of at least three layers of a surface layer 1(A), intermediate layers 2 and 3(B) and a back surface layer 4(C) formed by laminating a foamed mat material. The intermediate layer (B) is structured such that a hard member 3(B1) is disposed on at least a part of the peripheral edge part in the short side direction of the mattress and a soft member 2(B2) is disposed at the center part in the width direction of the mattress. While the hardness with the respective layers has the hardness relation of (B1)>(C)>(A and/or B2), the contact surface with the soft member 2(B2) of the hard member 3(B1) is inclined toward the center of the back surface layer 4(C).
