A moldable cushion (202) having a cover envelopes the mount (122) such that the head of a reclining individual may be placed on the cushion. The cavity (120) is at least the size to allow the reclining individual to view through the cavity and perform tasks such as reading. The cover may be removable from the cushion. The head of the reclining individual rests on the cushion while viewing through the cavity. The cushion surrounds the mount and cavity to provide structure to the cover and conform to the features of the head of the reclining individual.
