PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of heat storage materials(like bricks), replacing conventional expensive heat storage materials, by using copper slag generated from copper refining. The resultant bricks have high heat storage capacity and thermal shock resistance. CONSTITUTION: The heat storage bricks are manufactured by mixing 30-70wt.% of copper slag, 30-70wt.% of clay and water glass(5-10%), aging for 1-7days, forming into a brick shape, drying at 50-90deg.C, and sintering at 750-1150deg.C for 15-30hrs. The copper slag generated from copper refining comprises 0.7-1.1wt.% of Cu, 3-10wt.% of Fe3O4, 36-48wt.% of Fe, 0.7-5.0wt.% of CaO, 0.7-1.2wt.% of MgO, 27-34wt.% of SiO2, and 2.5-5.5wt.% of Al2O3.

PURPOSE: Natural plant extracts and metal or nonmetal products including plant extracts, being carried on our body, are provided to activate bioenergy and protect consumers from harmful electromagnetic and water waves. CONSTITUTION: The natural plant extracts are prepared by the following steps of: mixing 25-35pts.wt. of greenstone powder(80-120mesh) as a bioceramic, 15-25pts.wt. of yellow earth, 5-15pts.wt. of far infrared rays-emitting powder, 35-45pts.wt. of paper clay and 20-30pts.vol. of water; forming the mixture into a vessel; sintering at 1000deg.C for 10-15hrs and cooling to room temperature; sintering at 1200deg.C for 10-15hrs and cooling to room temperature; sintering at 1300deg.C for 10-15hrs; extracting by heating a mixture of 25-35pts.wt. of rape and 100pts.wt. of water at 100-150deg.C for 5hrs in a sintered ceramic vessel. Also, metal or nonmetal products including the extracts, such as vessels and accessories are manufactured by adding small amount of extracts in melt-forming of metals or nonmetals.

CONSTITUTION: The mortar with heat insulation, humidity control, and useful effects to our body is prepared by mixing 60wt.% of quartz porphyry ground to a 1-3mm size, 35wt.% of CSA(calcium sulfur aluminate) expansive materials obtained by mixing lime, gypsum and bauxite, and 5wt.% of CaSO4 extracted from sintering natural gypsum at 1200deg.C.

PURPOSE: An artificial marble for bath tubs, sink tops or washing stand is provided which contains loess and zeolite as main components, wherein zeolite has cation exchange capacity, antimicrobial activity and deodorizing activity; loess emits far infrared. CONSTITUTION: The marble is produced by making a loess molding layer(4) with a mixture of loess and an unsaturated polyester resin, followed by laminating a zeolite surface layer(2) with zeolite and the unsaturated polyester resin onto the molding layer(4), wherein the unsaturated polyester rein is used as binder and zeolite or loess is used as filler; each layer(2, 4) is obtained by quickly curing the mixture at a medium temperature, followed by freezing quickly.
