本发明公开了一种硝酸钾的制备方法,包括步骤:A、将硝酸盐与碱性共熔助剂混合均匀并加热至不超过300℃,进行熔融,获得第一混合物;其中,硝酸盐与碱性共熔助剂的质量之比不小于3:1;B、将富钾岩石粉碎并置于第一混合物中,继续加热至不超过600℃,并保温6h~24h,获得第二混合物;其中,富钾岩石是指以K2O计时其质量百分数不低于8%的硅酸盐矿物;C、将第二混合物冷却至100℃~120℃后通入水,获得第三混合物,使第三混合物在50℃~90℃下保温6h~36h,固液分离,获得第一滤渣和第一滤液;D、第一滤液经浓缩、冷却,析出硝酸钾。根据本发明的硝酸钾的制备方法,其以富钾岩石为原料,通过两次浸取即可获得硝酸钾水溶液,工艺简单、能耗低、且绿色环保。 |
