81 Automatic paper feeder JP5566281 1981-04-15 JPS57170335A 1982-10-20 SAWANO TAKASHI
PURPOSE:To enable to securely deliver sheets of paper one at a time by providing a guide and a roller of which the relative distance is variable so as to exert a force on either a part or the entire part of the sheet while taking timing forcibly. CONSTITUTION:A plate-formed guide 13 bent in an inverted V-shape is provided adjacently to the feed-in side of a roller 12, and at a position slightly on the feed-in side of the lower end of the guide 13, an idling roller 14 is rotatably attached to one end of an arm 16 oscillated with a fulcrum 15 as a center, in such a manner that the roller 14 makes contact with the lower surface of upper part of a rubber belt 3. The other end of the arm 16 is connected to the tip of a movable piece of a pull solenoid 17 and, at the non-operating time, of the solenoid 17 the arm 16 is stopped by a stopper 18 so that it is prevented from oscillating colckwise. When the first sensor 19 on the fed-out side of feeding- out rollers 9, 10, the solenoid 17 is set into non-operative condition.

A facsimile transceiver apparatus is described which includes means for advancing a document to a station at which location the document is line scanned by a laser light beam. A video signal thus formed is transmitted to a remote facsimile apparatus for reproduction of the document. The transceiver further includes an electrostatographic printing station at which station a latent electrostatic image is formed by line scanning a laser light beam over a uniformly charged photoreceptor surface. A means for line scanning at the document scanning station and at the photoreceptor surface includes a laser light source and means for alternatively sweeping the laser light beam across the document at the scanning station or across a charged image retention surface at the printing station. Means are also described for enhancing document feed, resolution, and speed of reproduction.

An image reading device includes a sheet tray, a conveying unit, a reading unit, a detecting unit, and a control unit. The conveying unit conveys the sheet along a conveying path in a conveying direction. The reading unit reads the sheet at a reading position in a main scanning direction orthogonal to the conveying direction. The control unit controls the reading unit to start reading the sheet when the detection unit detects that a leading edge of a sheet reaches a position upstream of the reading position by a first distance. The control unit controls the reading unit to stop reading the sheet when the detection unit detects that a trailing edge of the sheet reaches a position downstream of the reading position by a second distance. The first distance and the second distance are determined according to the size of the sheet.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress image omission of an original in an image reader.SOLUTION: When continuously conveying two or more sheets of originals G and reading the original G positioned on a conveyance path, an image reader 1 starts read from a position more on the upstream side than a distal end of the original G by a distal end expansion width W1, and ends the read of the original at a position more on the downstream side than a rear end of the original G by a rear end expansion width W2. The image reader 1 has a mechanism for setting an inter-paper distance Z on the basis of an original size L0 of the original G, and when determining the distal end expansion width W1 and the rear end expansion width W2, determines the values from the original size L0. In the image reader 1, since the inter-paper distance Z, the distal end expansion width W1 and the rear end expansion width W2 are all determined on the basis of the original size L0, the values can be determined such that a read area H of the continuously conveyed originals G does not overlap, and the image omission of the original G is suppressed.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet separating and feeding device which keeps a separation amount between an endless belt and paper constant, while varying the height of a stack part in accordance with stiffness of sheet material.SOLUTION: The sheet separating and feeding device includes: a bottom plate 7 on which a plurality of sheet materials 1 can be stacked; a control means that controls elevating and lowering of the bottom plate 7; and an attracting and separating unit 15 that attracts and holds the uppermost sheet material 1a out of the plurality of sheets 1 stacked on the bottom plate 7 by the endless belt 2 made of dielectric. Out of a plurality of holding rollers 5 and 6 holding the endless belt 2, the holding roller 6 located on an upstream side in a sheet 1 feeding direction takes a shaft 5a of the holding roller 5 located on a downstream side as an axis of rotation, and rotates with movement of the endless belt 2 by rotation of the holding roller 5 located on the downstream side. The sheet separating and feeding device includes a stopper 16 that adjusts moving width in a height direction of the holding roller 6 located on the upstream side. Then, elevating and lowering operation is regulated and controlled by an amount equivalent to dimension S of a slot 16a of the stopper 16.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply device capable of adjusting an interval in response to the length of a supplied material, by supplying a sheet-like material by accurately arranging a predetermined interval.
SOLUTION: A corrugated board box manufacturing machine is a supply device for supplying a corrugated board sheet to a feed roller. A supply member rises in the carrying passage direction, engages with the corrugated board sheet, is sent to the feed roller and descends by separating from a carrying passage up to the next supply cycle thereafter. The supply member is an intermittent indexing mechanism by driving of a servomotor. The intermittent indexing mechanism has a driving stage of sending a sheet material to the feed roller and a stopping stage of becoming a zero speed in an output shaft of the mechanism when the supply member separates from the carrying passage. The output shaft accelerates the supply member to a higher speed than the feed roller in the driving stage, and next, decelerates to the same speed as the feed roller when the sheet material reaches the feed roller. In the stopping stage, an input shaft operated at a constant speed in the driving stage is accelerated-decelerated or decelerated-accelerated, and the supply cycle is shortened or lengthened, and the sheet material of various sizes can be supplied by minimizing a clearance or setting the clearance in zero.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
