61 Ampoules delivering and receiving device JP7153097 1997-03-25 JPH10265054A 1998-10-06 YUYAMA SHOJI; KOIKE NAOKI; ISHIMURA YOSUKE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ampoules from being broken with an intermediate delivering and receiving device, which may be broken as a result of a collecting device being inserted in a bucket when they are transferred to the bucket from the collecting device or a carrier conveyer, and conduct delivering and receiving work in a short time with high efficiency. SOLUTION: This ampoules delivering and receiving device U consists of a receiving container 10 whose bottom plate 11 can be opened and closed with a supporting shaft 12, a lock opening and closing means 20 which locking-opens and closes the bottom plate 11, and a lifting device which lifts up and down. An ampoules collecting device S is inserted into the receiving container 10 in a completely discharged ampoules condition, thus it is possible to separate and operate the ampoules collecting device S so as not to have adverse effects by discharging and receiving operations as well as without breaking the ampoules. 62 Brake for object after free fall JP35489691 1991-12-21 JPH05116721A 1993-05-14 YOHAN BINDAA
PURPOSE: To provide a device for softly catching or braking a free fall object. CONSTITUTION: A falling object 7 is caught in a downwardly inclined first region 4' in a conveyer belt 4 which is endlessly rotated and driven. The conveyer belt is driven at substantially the same velocity as the terminal fall velocity of the object, and accordingly, at the beginning, the object is transferred with the belt, permitted to pass an ascending region 4''', transferred to a contiguous braking path 6, and softly braked there. The braking path consists of a roller path, a chute or the like.
63 Pellet escalator JP5081890 1990-03-01 JPH02278192A 1990-11-14 TOOMASU BOON HAGINZU SHINIA; ERUUIN ROBAATSU; MERUBIN OORANDO EDOMANDO
PURPOSE: To suppress a damage to a pellet by smoothly transporting the pellet in a channel of a conveyer, to be transported on that under the condition where no collision occurs, and dropping it in a chute at a controlled speed. CONSTITUTION: A pellet transportation disc 22, a transportation conveyer 26 and a supporting structure 30 are provided for a compact configuration. A pellet is, from the disc 22, smoothly transported into a channel 36 of the conveyer 26 provided with an arm 24 through a short drop which does not cause any damage. Then, the pellets are, in a longitudinal single line toward a pellet small-dose chute 28, transported on a belt 38 under a state where there is no fear of harmful actual collision between pellets. Lastly, when the pellets are stacked up in a baking board 16 below, thanks to a pellet guiding means 52 provided with a brush 54 with bristle, they are allowed to drop in the chute at a controlled speed which is immune to damage. Thus, pellets are, while damages are suppressed to a minimum, transported into the board 16. COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO
64 Metal pieces collecting method JP18872183 1983-10-07 JPS6082533A 1985-05-10 TAKEUCHI TAKAO; USHIDA MASAMI; OGASAWARA KATSUFUMI; HOSONO FUMIO
PURPOSE:To reduce noise generation by filling a transport container with water, dropping a metal piece in this container, and thereby allowing the water to absorb the noise likely to be generated when metal pieces are fed in the transport container. CONSTITUTION:A chute 10 is installed with a specific inclination, and at the top thereof scrapped metal pieces 12 are stacked, which are one group after another pushed by an oil hydraulic pusher 14 to sip off on the chute 10. The bottom of this chute 10 shall confront the top of a transport container 18 filled with water 16 to a specific level, and the edge 20 of the chute 10 be foled in the form of approx. L. The transport cotainer 18 is placed, for ex., on a truck 22 with possibility to be transport on a rail 24 together with this truck 22. Accordingly, if metal pieces 12 are allowed to slip on the chute 10 to be discharged in transport container 18, such noises as otherwise generated by mutual friction of metal pieces 12 or collision with the container 18 will be relieved or absorbed by said water 16 in the container 18.
65 Charging device in grain tank JP22017882 1982-12-17 JPS59114226A 1984-07-02 FUJIMOTO YUZURU
PURPOSE:To prevent noise and grain-breaking due to scattering of the grain, by charging the grain through an opening having a discharge limiting plate and formed in grain charging buckets which are planted on the side walls of a tank. CONSTITUTION:Grain raised up by a grain elevator 2 is transferred to the upper supply openings 9a, 9b of grain charging buckets 8a, 8b on the left and right sides of a grain tank 1 by means of an upper screw conveyor 4 and screw conveyors 7a, 7b rotated by a drive motor 12. The grains descending from the upper supply openings 9a, 9b into the grain charging buckets 8a, 8b, flows into the tank 1 from an opening 10a in the lowermost position by opening a discharge limiting plate 11a. When the grain is charged up to the top end of the opening 10a, the grain flows from an opening 10b just above the opening 10a into the tank 1 by opening a discharge limiting plate 11b. Accordingly, the discharge limiting plates 11 are successively opened, in order from the bottom one to charge the grain into the tank 1. Further, the accumulated grain in the bottom part of the tank 1 is discharged by a discharging screw conveyor 13.

The wire jig includes a plurality of wires arranged parallel to each other at intervals which allows the chip component C to pass through the wire jig, and the wire jig is formed of an integral body by working a base material having a predetermined thickness, the integral body constituted of a pair of frame portions and the plurality of wires extending parallel to each other between the frame portions. When the chip component is made to fall on the wire assembly, the chip component collides with the wire of any one of wire jigs.
74 Conveyance device for granular materials US14116035 2012-05-31 US09334119B2 2016-05-10 Hajime Takasugi; Morio Iwata
A plurality of buffer plates shaped in a plate project from an inclined surface of a chute of a transfer portion for transferring hydrogenated petroleum resin pellets in a manner that a planar direction of each of the buffer plates intersects with an inclination direction of the inclined surface. Hydrogenated petroleum resin pellets flowing on the inclined surface contact the buffer plates, so that a flow direction of the hydrogenated petroleum resin pellets is changed to reduce a flow speed of the hydrogenated petroleum resin pellets. By the reduction of the flow speed, impact applied on the flowing hydrogenated petroleum resin pellets is weakened, so that breakage due to the impact during transfer of the hydrogenated petroleum resin pellets can be inhibited.

76 CATALYST LOADING SYSTEM US14047095 2013-10-07 US20140034184A1 2014-02-06 Peter Richter; Peter Markowski; Petras Kruopys
A reformer tube processing and filling system is provided for ensuring uniformity of reformer tube flow rates and reactivity. The disclosed invention provides a system for detecting and removing tube obstructions, as well as an automated process for verifying the flow rate for each tube and identifying tubes with abnormal flow rates to remove a source of human error and conserve labor costs. An automated tube filling system provides a calibrated fill mechanism coordinated with a calibrated loading rope withdrawal mechanism to ensure loading consistency. A lack of vibrating parts ensures a low dust count, and what little dust is present is removed via a built-in vacuum outlet in the loader.
