PURPOSE: To rapidly and appropriately carry out the removal of a laminated flexible article by deforming an inner elastic member by a vacuum action of a sucking nozzle, thereby making the inner elastic member adsorb on a protrusion of the article, and detaching the article by releasing the adsorption. CONSTITUTION: On an apparatus for removing a laminated package 2 such as blister a support 1 of the package 2 is installed. A shaft 3 is provided above the package 2, and a lever 4 with a suction cup 5 connecting to a vacuum source with a hose 6 is connected to it. An inner bending edge 9 is formed on an outer ring 8, and an inner elastic member 11 is provided in a chamber defined by this edge 9. A protrusion of the package 2 is adsorbed by the sucking nozzle 5 through the inner elastic member 11, and the package 2 is detached by releasing this adsorption. COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO

70 Device and method for separating stacked trays JP20181384 1984-09-28 JPS6181339A 1986-04-24 SUZUKI SUEO
PURPOSE:To securely separate trays one by one for the purpose of realizing feasibility of automation by fixing the central portion of stacked trays by means of a retainer metal, and slowly lifting both edges with sucking pads so as to separate the tray on the top from other ones staying below at the peripheral edge thereof. CONSTITUTION:A slide holder 14 is lowered by driving an operational cylinder 15, sucking pads 10, 10 are pressed rightly on the outer edge of a tray T, negative pressure is applied to pads 10 to adsorb the T and the central portion of the tray is fixed by means of a retainer metal 7 without applying any excessive load thereon. Then, when a pivot point 11 is moved upward while the central portion of the tray being fixed as it is, both links 12, 12 force upward turning movement of both support arms 8, 9 around a turning movement axis 6 serving as a fulcrum. Pads 10 are then, lifted together with a tray T adsorbed thereto while the tray T'' is slowly lifted from its outer edge to be formed in a curve. Thus, the tray T is gradually separated from the one-step lower adjacent tray T at its outer edge and when a considerable amount of separation takes place, the holder 14 is lifted by the cylinder 15 together with simultaneous lift of the retainer metal 7 and pads 10 so that the tray T may be placed on a carrier automatically.
71 Article holding and separating apparatus for conveying without leaving residue powder at gently sloped bottom provided at both sides of screw conveyor installed along bottom JP19602184 1984-09-19 JPS6175734A 1986-04-18 WATANABE TATSUO; SATO YOSHIAKI; ONO SHUJI
PURPOSE:To promote automation of holding and separating operations by stacking articles in a magazine, lifting up the articles by a spindle capable of moving up and down, and holding and separating only the uppermost article by co-operation of a chuck portion and a separating portion at its lift-up posi tion. CONSTITUTION:Articles, for example, rings 4 are stacked along a guide 6 of a magazine 5. In case of holding and separating the rings 4, first a spindle 7 is lifted up to a designated position by an elevating portion 9. Secondly, a chuck portion 10 is lowered to a designated position to hold only the uppermost ring 4. After that, the chuck portion 10 is lifted up to its initial position. As the second ring 4 from the top adheres to the uppermost ring 4 at that time, a click 14 is operated by a cylinder 13 of a separating portion 12 to laterally move the second and following rings 4, and the rings are guided along the raised spindle 7 to return to the position on of the guide 6. After that, the spindle 7 is lowered to its initial position by the elevating portion 9.
72 Loading device for vessels into container box as in stacks JP23441482 1982-12-29 JPS59124628A 1984-07-18 INOUCHI TETSUYA
PURPOSE:To load vessels neatly in a container box by equipping an elevating frame beside the container box with a vessel receptacle tilting piece, which will protrude inside the box when it rises to a specific level and return at the sunk position, and then only by feeding the vessels to be stacked one after another into the container box. CONSTITUTION:When vessels S to be loaded stacking in a container box 2 are fed in the box, an elevating frame is raised to a position near a cast-in hole 2A to allow protrusion of a tilting piece 24 inside the box 2, so that the vessels S can be well received. When thereafter the vessels S are further fed while the frame is depressed, they are stacked up in the box 2 one over another. When the lowermost vessel S sinks down to a tekeout hole 2A, said tilting piece 24 comes in contact with a below-situated working member 21 and retracts out of the box 2 while taking vertical position, so that it loses support by the piece 24 and thus accommodated in the box 2. According to this arrangement, vessels S do not drop by their own weight, so that those stacked up one over another are not separated.

PURPOSE: A panel transferring device is provided to prevent suction and transfer defects of a panel caused by vertical alignment errors of the panel in loading plural panels by mounting a vacuum suction cup to move left and right, and up and down corresponding to changes of a loading position of the panel. CONSTITUTION: A panel transferring device includes a frame(10) mounted between processes and a clamping assembly(20) mounted to move along the longitudinal direction of the frame by the driving of a motor(23) installed to the frame and to clamp and transfer the panel. The clamping assembly is composed of a first plate member(21) for sliding in the longitudinal direction of the frame by the driving of the motor; a cylinder member(25) installed to the first plate member; a counter balance member(27) disposed to the first plate member to prevent the cylinder member from being moved; a second plate member(29) combined to the cylinder member and the counter balance member to ascend and descend; suction assemblies(30) installed to the lower part of the second plate member to vertically and horizontally move and to suck the panel; and a clamping member for clamping the panel attached to the suction assembly.

The invention relates to a tray dispenser (1) for dispensing of trays for packaging where the tray dispenser includes a tray dispenser cassette (2) and a base station (3) which can be placed on a stand (6) and where the tray dispenser cassette (2) can be connected to the base station. The base station (3) contains electronic components and at least one motor (19) which, via a mechanical coupling (18) can operate the tray dispenser cassette containing mechanical components made only of materials that are corrosion resistant. The cassette (2) is immersed in a cleaning fluid to clean the tray dispenser cassette (2) thoroughly whereby bacterial proliferation and contamination from the tray dispenser cassette (2) can be reduced to a minimum.
77 TRANSPORTEINHEIT MIT UNTERDRUCKVORRICHTUNG UND VERFAHREN ZUM TRANSPORTIEREN VON SCHALEN EP16166040.2 2016-04-19 EP3235743A1 2017-10-25 CAPRIOTTI, Luciano; MÖRSCHNER, Lars
