When the conveyer 4 is drawn out to be preserved and inspected, bolts 54, 56 are removed to draw out a housing 44 outward and separate a rotary shaft 38 from the transmitting shaft 42. And an entrance- exit 8 is opened to release the conveyer 4 from the fixed condition and draw out the conveyer 4 along a rail 7 outside the container 1.
