PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a disposable wig that is hardly distinguished from the natural hair and is disposed when deteriorated with time.
SOLUTION: The disposable wig comprises a base 1 composed of an ultrathin sheet 1, hair-transplanting materials 3 planted on the base 1 and an adhesive layer 7 formed on the back of the base. The thickness of the base has a micron (μ) unit. The adhesive layer is formed in uniform thickness on the whole area of the back of the base in such thinness as to develop unevenness between projected parts 9 to be put on the root parts 5 of the hair-transplanting materials projected from the back of the base and other parts. The projected parts rise to the surface side of the base when the adhesive layer is adhered to the human skin. When the unevenness on the back of the base is adhered to scalp 13, the unevenness is pushed by the scalp face, is raised and the projecting parts to be put on the root parts on the surface of the base are made into a state rising from the other parts. Consequently, light hit to the base is diffusely reflected and the wig is hardly recognized as a wig. Since the hair-transplanting materials are made into a state pushed to the surface side of the base by the scalp, fixation of the hair-transplanting materials is reinforced to prevent separation (so-called falling off).
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly produce a wig by mechanizing production of the wig and efficiently produce the wig by preventing generation of inferior goods.
SOLUTION: This automatic hair transplanter comprises a means for feeding an artificial hair 30 to one surface of a base 11 and a needle 41 movable forward and backward in the cross direction to the surface of the base 11. The needle 41 is pierced through the base 11 in a stretched state to pull out the artificial hair 30 to the other face side. The base 11 moves two-dimensionally in the cross direction and is fed onto the upper surface of a movable table 21 which carries out the movement in a predetermined pitch in accordance with a predetermined order and the base is brought to the stretched state.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hairpiece designed so that the vicinity of the hair whorl of the hairpiece is hard to get flat, or a hairpiece base is hard to be exposed from a parting in hair ranging from the hair whorl to the front of the head.
SOLUTION: At a part of the top of the head of the hairpiece, provided is a hair whorl section X formed by regularly arranging hair implantation areas 2a provided with a hair flow toward the forehead and hair implantation areas 2b provided with a hair flow toward the back of the head. Further, from the hair whorl section X toward the forehead, provided is a hair-parting section Y formed by alternately arranging hair-implantation areas 4a, 4b provided with hair flows from the hair whorl section X toward the right side or left side of the front of the head.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-increasing tool designed so that wires are hardly visible and knots hardly get loose, excellent in voluminous feeling, and improved in flexibility of hair style: and to provide a method for producing the hair-increasing tool.
SOLUTION: The hair-increasing tool 10 comprises hairs 12 tied to a plurality of ribs 11b forming an implant flame 11. The hairs 12 are hooked respectively on the ribs 11b at one side 12a twice and at another side 12b once, and brushing off them later to be tied in a bundle. The one side 12a of the implant hair rises up toward the rib to be supported, and the other side 12b is settled on the rib 11b so as to lie down along the rib to be extended out, and thereby hair streams are longitudinally formed on a plurality of the ribs 11b so as to cover the ribs 11b to be hardly visible.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wig in which so-called needle feet are not formed on the back of a wig base in planting and which exhibits a natural appearance looking as if the hairs grow from the scalp and to provide a method for producing the same.
SOLUTION: In the wig 10 composed of the wig base 11 and the hairs 12 planted on the wig base, the wig base 11 comprises a base member 14 of artificial skin 14 and a second base member 15 composed of a net member arranged on the back of the base member of artificial skin. The hair 12 is bound to the second net member 15, passed from the bottom of the first base member 14 of artificial skin and pulled out to the surface side to give the wig 10 in which the hairs 12 exhibit a natural appearance looking as if they grow from the pores and which makes a good show.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NFP hand-braiding method to improve the appearance of the hand-braided hair by keeping the hair root standing above a skin net while preventing the exposure of the knot, from the net skin, formed by the bonding of the hair with the net and protruding the hair root from the skin in a natural manner and provide a wig produced by the method.
SOLUTION: The hand-braiding method for hair is carried out by placing a skin net above a net and drawing the hair braided by hand to the net above the skin net. The knot formed above the skin net by the bonding of the hair with the net is not exposed to the outside, the bottom of the skin net holding the hair root is made of a soft skin net similar to the skin and the planted hair has a beautiful natural appearance.
