A hairwear has multi-layer structures. One or more multi-layered hair lines protruding onto the top of a reference plane made by a front portion and base hair lines or a cap-shaped transplant portion are formed. The hairwear includes a front portion including a skin color portion, and a clip fixing portion formed at both sides of the skin color portion; and one or more base hair lines both ends of which are fixed and combined to the front portion. The multi-layered hair lines both ends of which are fixed and combined to the front portion and which protrude onto the top of the reference plane made by the front portion and the base hair lines are formed and the multi-layered hair lines are made of a material capable of fixing the shape and the position. |

The invention concerns a wig or lace wig cap, to be worn by the user underneath a wig or lace wig. The cap is comprised of a plurality of panels using stretchable and breathable material, an elasticized banding and a plurality of sew on snap fasteners affixed to, said banding to form the Press and Go Wig and Lace Wig Snap Cap. Cooperating snaps are then affixed to a wig or lace wig around the entire circumference of the outer inside wig weft, concealing the application process, thereby producing a comfortable, airy and secure fit to the user. An additional banding is included, affixed with a plurality of snap fasteners designed to fit cooperating snaps of a wig or lace wig. Also included is a tension strap affixed with two cooperating snap fasteners designed to be used as an adjustment strap to the cap banding or separate banding. |

A wig base of the present invention is at least partially made of net-material, and to periphery of which a strip of net-material is attached. The strip has a quadruple constitution, wherein the net-material of the strip is folded double along a folding line, and side edges of the folded net-material is further folded inwardly. The periphery edge of the wig base is covered by the folded strap. There is kept a first space (X) between the folding line of the strip and the periphery edge of the wig base. Thanks to this constitution, the camouflage effect can be given to boundary line between a user's head and the wig periphery, and the tangle of the wig base at its periphery region can be prevented. |

Each extension is comprised of a clip (19) having hair (9) permanently attached thereto. The clip is preferably made of an elasticized fabric material that is folded around ribbons (4, 5, 11) of the cap. The clip has fasteners (7), which are preferably snaps (8), located on each end. To use, the extension is positioned at a desired location on the cap. Then, the clip is placed around the ribbon of the cap and the fastener is secured to attach the extension to the cap. A user may also alter the appearance of the wig by changing the interchangeable base section with a different base section having a different color, style and/or length of hair. |

A natural, synthetic resinous or rubber cap or base is provided for a wig in which the frontal portion comprising a skin toned or transparent material intended to be indistinguishable from the wearer's actual skin; weaved with individual strands of hair to compose a natural looking hair line. With time the base deteriorates with use, thus a replaceable liner is adhered to the base. Thus most wear and tear will occur onto the liner. The wig is manufactured by implanting hairs or groups of hairs in elongated strips which comprise the wig base. These elongated strips may be part of a monolithic structure in which they are connected together by bridges to form a cap or the hairs or groups of hairs may be supported on elongated members which are attached to strips by adhesive agents or by high-frequency heating or the like. The elongated members bearing the hair may also be attached to strips or lace belts by means of hooks. |

This hairpiece is based on soft, elastic straps, which should stretch and connects together in a framework, in a ladderlike way, in which wefts of hair are attached. This array is surrounded by and connected to a soft, elastic strap in the form of a peripheral loop that allows the hairpiece to be easily put on and can be comfortably worn allowing air to get to the head without the feeling of a head covering wig cap. This framework allows the wearer's natural hair to be brought easily through the open areas between the framework and mingle with hair on the hairpiece. The hair on the hairpiece could be synthetic hair or human hair. |

A wig includes a foundation made from generally circular blank of stretchable netting formed into a bowl shape as worn on a wearer's head. The bowl shape is formed by radially folding over the blank upon itself at a plurality of pairs of fold lines to form a plurality of radially-spaced triangular pleats. An elastic band is looped and attached to an outer periphery of the blank at a stretchable seam to maintain the pleats and the bowl shape. A plurality of hair wefts are attached to a convex outer surface of the foundation in a layered, spaced relationship at respective seams. Attachment areas of the hair wefts to the foundation hidden by overlapping adjacent hair wefts. The hair wefts are arranged to simulate natural hair growth patterns with hair wefts disposed transversely of the foundation pointing forwardly, downwardly, upwardly, or a combination thereof. Hair wefts at a crown of the foundation are centered about the crown pointing radially outwardly from the crown. |

In a wig, a wig base is made of an artificial skin and/or a net. A plurality of hairs are planted to an outer convex surface of the wig base. The hairs are inconspicuous in color with respect to the wig base, at root areas of the hairs which are planted to the wig base. Thus, knots of the hairs planted to the wig base are inconspicuous so that there is provided a natural hairline. |

A wig base which is in strict agreement with the shape of the head of a person who wears it and which is not deformed even after used for many years, and a method of producing the same. To produce the wig base, a net member which constitutes the whole or part of the wig base is brought into substantial agreement with the shape of the head of a person who wears it, resin is applied onto the filaments forming the net and onto the intersecting points and peripheries thereof to temporarily mold the wig base, followed by adhesion of the intersection points of the filaments by welding. |

A wig and a method of making a weft for use in making the wig wherein 5 to 50 weight percent of a first modacrylic fiber having a denier of 30 to 50 and a shrinkage of 5 to 20 percent at a temperature of 120.degree. C. is blended with 95 to 50 weight percent of the second modacrylic fiber having a denier of 30 to 50 and a shrinkage of at least five percent less than the shrinkage of the first fiber at a temperature of 120.degree. C. The blended fibers are assembled and sewed to form a weft and the weft is then heated to a temperature of 110.degree. to 130.degree. C. for a time period of 1 to 5 minutes to shrink the fibers. This produces an interaction of high shrinking and low shrinking fibers, thus imparting unique properties of cover, manageability and naturalness to the weft. |

A capless stretch wig constructed in a novel manner employing an elastic base generally conforming to the shape of a human head which is provided with elastic hair wefts secured to the elastic base. The wefts are characterized by at least a pair of parallel extending elastic threads upon which the hair fibers are uniquely attached by weaving a continuous inelastic thread around the shank portions of the hair fibers and a respective elastic strand at the intersection between the shank portions and the respective strands. This weft construction does not substantially interfere with the elasticity of the elastic thread material to permit maximum elongations such that the base and hair wefts conform more closely to the total contour of the wearer''s head.
