| PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of defects such as printing blur due to inadquate fixing of a type frame, by leaving a shutter open, when moving the type frame to a prescribed position, after confirming that the type frame has been completely fixed to the position. CONSTITUTION:To a direct current solenoid SL which operates a lever 1 for fixing a type frame, a switch SW1, which is for fixing the type frame and conducts closing operation by being interlocked with a main lever which is not shown in the sketch, and a detecting resistance R1 are connected. And, voltage wave shape of the resistance R1 after closing of the switch SW1 is measured by an appropriate measuring meter V. And then, after closing the switch SW1, terminal voltage of the resistance R1 rises and falls once, and yet, fixing of the type frame by the solenoid SL is executed completely at the bottom end point of the voltage, and then, the terminal voltage goes up again. And therefore, when the terminal voltage has pased the lowest point and riser to the prescribed value, a control circuit puts out a signal to leave a shutter open. | ||||||
