PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer structure including a buffer layer for extending a life of bonding of the multi-layer structure to a substrate, since a biological material is not damaged by temperature and pressure in a mold.
SOLUTION: The multi-layer structure 100 including the buffer layer connects with the substrate 5 in a press die, and includes at least: a biological material layer 1; an adhesive layer 3; and a thermoplastic buffer layer 4. The biological material layer 1 has at least a first surface 11, the adhesive layer 3 is attached to the first surface 11, and a reverse side of the buffer layer 4 is connected to the adhesive layer 3, and the buffer layer 4 has a pressure receiving face to receive high pressure, is welded to the substrate 5. Since the adhesive layer 3 and buffer layer 4 are made of a thermoplastic material, the adhesive layer 3 is stably connected to the buffer layer 4 by connecting through a thermal fusion state. The pressure receiving face of the buffer layer 4 receives the temperature and pressure when injection-molding the substrate 5 in the mold, alleviates the temperature and pressure received by the biological material layer 1, thus the biological material layer 1 is not damaged in the mold, to thus extend the connection life of the multi-layer structure 100 to the substrate 5.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT | ||||||
