Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schneidevorrichtung zum Schneiden von Griffstreifen für Kunststoffbeutel.

Zum Einschneiden der Griffstreifen ist ein Schneidmesser rotierend antreibbar, so dass die Relativgeschwindigkeit zwischen den durch die Schneidezone beförderten Griffstreifen und dem Schneidmesser beeinflussbar ist.

Durch eine Drehbewegung des Schneidtellers (24) bewegt sich das Schneidmesser (40) auf die Falzkante (b) des Griffstreifens (2) zu und durchsticht diese, wenn die Rotationsbewegung weiter fortgeführt wird. Bei einer weiteren Rotation des Schneidmesser (40) taucht dieses aus dem Querschnitt des Griffstreifens (2) wieder heraus. Etwa ab der Position, in der das Schneidmesser (40) aus dem Querschnitt des Griffstreifens (2) hinausbewegt wird, wird der Griffstreifen (2) nicht mehr geschnitten.
