The manufacturing section manufactures a bag for which an upper sealed section and a lower sealed section are formed on the top and the bottom of the body section which wraps a commodity by laterally sealing a cylindrical packaging material. The bag receiving section receives the lower sealed section and part of the body section of the bag which falls from the bag manufacturing section. The bottom forming sections make the bag which comes into contact with the bag receiving section deformed, and make the shape of the bottom of the bag into a predetermined shape.
