The present invention relates to a portable smoking tool which includes an ashtray for receiving cigarette ash and cigarette butts and a cigarette lighter for lighting a cigarette, has improved portability, and prevents the cigarette ash from flying during working or driving, through a simple constitution and convenient use. The portable smoking tool of the present invention comprises a main body, a lighter, a filter member, and a cover. As for the main body, an upper part is opened; a cigarette insertion hole is formed to penetrate an upper portion of the front part such that a cigarette having a combustion unit obtained by long agglomerating tobacco leaves and a filter unit connected with the combustion unit as one body is inserted into the cigarette insertion hole; and a light element formed to penetrate a lower portion of the rear part. The lighter is operated in an ignition button press type; a gas jet nozzle is inserted into the main body, wherein the lighter is inserted through the lighter element of the main body such that the ignition button is exposed to the outside of the main body; and the lighter closes the light element of the main body. As for the filter member, the filter member has a latticed plate shape, and is inserted into the opened upper part of the main body and thus mounted and fixed to the main body; and the filter member allows the passing of the tobacco smoke but prevents the passing of the tobacco ash. Insertion of the tobacco based product in the first position locates the sensitized tip adjacent to the abrasives. Compression of the bias element reduces the size of the chamber such that the sensitized tip contacts the abrasive.
