| 본 고안은, 은행탈피기에 관한 것으로서, 은행이 투입되는 호퍼의 내측부에 회전하는 회전봉과, 상기 회전봉의 외측에 포설되도록 호퍼의 내측면에 일측이 결합되는 고정봉을 더 구성할 뿐만 아니라, 호퍼의 바닥면에 타공망을 더 구성하여 은행껍질이 확실하게 벗겨질 수 있도록 함으로써 은행껍질 제거작업이 효율적으로 이루어지고 작업성이 향상될 수 있는 은행껍질 탈피장치를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안인 은행껍질 탈피장치는, 은행알이 투입되는 호퍼와, 상기 호퍼의 내측부 하단측에 축설된 회전축의 일측 외주면에 형성된 스크류부와, 상기 스크류부가 형성된 회전축에 양측이 축설되고 내부에 구멍이 통공된 2개의 회전드럼과, 상기 구동축의 타측에 축설된 회전풀리와 벨트로 연결되어 상기 회전축에 회전력을 전달하는 수단인 모터를 갖는 은행껍질 탈피장치에 있어서, 상기 호퍼의 내측부 하단측에 구비된 스크류부의 일측에 축설된 제1기어와; 상기 제1기어에 치합되는 제2기어가 일측에 끼움결합된 샤프트와; 상기 샤프트의 외주면에 일측이 고정되어 샤프트의 회전에 의해 일방향으로 회전되는 다수개의 회전봉과; 상기 호퍼의 내주면에 일측이 고정되고 상기 회전봉의 외측부를 포설하는 다수개의 고정봉이 더 포함되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 호퍼의 바닥면에는 상기 스크류부를 타고 이송되는 은행알의 껍질이 벗겨 배출되는 타공망이 더 구비될 수 있으며, 또한, 상기 회전봉과 고정봉은 고무재 질로 형성될 수 있다. 본 고안인 은행껍질 탈피장치는, 은행알이 투입되는 호퍼의 내측부에 고정봉과 회전봉이 더 구비되어 있음에 따라, 투입되는 은행알 껍질이 상기 고정봉과 회전봉에 의해 벗겨지고 또한, 스크류부에 의해 이송되는 과정에서 타공망에 의해 껍질이 벗겨질 뿐만 아니라, 벗겨진 껍질이 상기 타공망을 통해 밖으로 배출될 수 있어 작업효율성이 향상되고 생산성이 크게 증가된다. 은행, 은행탈피장치, 은행껍질제거장치 | ||||||
