The present invention is formed by the following: installing a pair of upper and lower guiding members (13a, 13b) which face each other with an interval on the front side of a supporter (12) which is vertically installed on a base plate (11); installing crushing plates (30a, 30b) on each guiding member to be slid; forming a vertical falling groove (32) with an opening facing forward on the inside of each crushing plate; forming a discharging stand (50) on the lower side of the falling groove (32); installing eccentric cams (40a, 40b) on the outside of each crushing plate; fixing ends of restoring springs (15a, 15b) fixed to a fixture (14) of the supporter (12) to the crushing plates (30a, 30b); periodically pushing the crushing plates (30a, 30b) while rotating the eccentric cams (40a, 40b) by a driver (50); and installing a supplying hopper (20) with a supplying opening (21) located on the upper side of the supporter (12) on the top of the falling groove (32). The present invention enables a rapid peeling process of the inner skin of the ginkgo nuts, and properly peels the ginkgo nuts by performing first and second crushing processes on other portions of the inner skin of the gingko nuts. | ||||||
