The invention relates to a method for producing a Y-shaped muselet for bottles of effervescent drinks, said muselet comprising a cage co-operating with a rim, the cage being formed by a first (1) and a second (2) wire and the muselet by a third wire. According to said method, the formation of the cage includes: twisting one end of the first wire (1) over an area located approximately in the centre of the second wire (2), the wires forming part of the same first plane and being oriented in such a way as to form an essentially right angle between the non-twisted end of the first wire and one of the free ends of the second wire, and to form an angle of about 135° between the free ends of the second wire; forming a first loop (5) on each free end of the first and second wires, in said first plane; forming a second loop (6) in a plane that is essentially perpendicular to the first plane, by folding; and folding the three wires at a certain distance from the twisting, in a plane essentially perpendicular to said first plane. Furthermore, a closed rim (3) is inserted such that it passes through the three loops by translation according to a direction essentially perpendicular to the first plane of the cage, and the three loops are closed by pressing in a direction parallel to said first plane. Diese Vorrichtung weist eine Einrichtung (16) zur Aufnahme des Elementes (4), eine Einrichtung (17) zum Aufsetzen des von der Aufnahmeeinrichtung aufgenommenen Elementes auf den Stopfen und die Flasche, eine Einrichtung (24) zum Greifen und Ziehen der beiden Endabschnitte sowie eine Einrichtung (25) zum Drehen der Greif/Zieheinrichtung (24) auf. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren unter Verwendung einer derartigen Vorrichtung. Eine erfindungsgemäße Biegevorrichtung zur Herstellung von Drahtkreuzen (18) für Drahtbügelverschlüsse aus zwei sich im 90°-Winkel in einer Ebene kreuzenden Paaren von je zwei parallel im Abstand zueinander geführten Drähten (2, 2', 3, 3') mittels parallel zu den ursprünglichen Drahtrichtungen bewegbaren Schiebern (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d), welche sich in der Kreuzungsmitte (16) treffen und an ihrem vorderen Ende zwei rechtwinklig zueinander liegende Formschrägen (6) aufweisen, an welchen sich nach hinten verlaufende Flanken (4) zum Führen der Drähte (2) und (2') bzw. The unit for forming the star shape of a wire hood comprises a bending device (3) to form a metal wire ring (10) and four pushers (4) which are diametrically opposed and each one spaced with a 90° angle and whose task it is to modify the ring by pushing four portions thereof towards the centre thereof to create the central part of the star shape which corresponds to the upper circular part of the hood. The bending device (3) is composed of a die constituted of two semi-jigs: a fixed negative jig (30) and a mobile positive jig (31) which, when they are coupled together, create a shaping compartment (300) for realising the metal wire ring (10) from which the star shape will be obtained. The mobile semi-jig (31) moves with a shift motion driven by air pistons to release the compartment (300). Furthermore, the pushers (4) each feature a groove (40) inside which the wire runs during the shaping of the ring so as to give continuity to the compartment (300). Finally, the unit comprises four gripping units (7) the task of each being to rotate around its own axis to wind the sections of wire in order to build the rays of the star shape which, after bending, will become the stems of the hood. |
