103 GOLF BALL CLEANER PCT/KR2012000985 2012-02-09 WO2012115374A2 2012-08-30 HONG SUNG JOON
The present invention relates to a golf ball cleaner. The golf ball cleaner includes: a vibrator for vibrating inserted golf balls and a check bar preventing the golf balls from overlapping with each other. Here, the golf balls are automatically fed into an ultrasonic cleaning container for aligning the golf balls into several lines. The golf balls aligned on the golf ball aligning rails of a plurality of golf ball aligning supports disposed in the ultrasonic cleaning container are cleaned when a portion of the surface of each of the golf balls contacts, at a given point, each of the golf ball aligning rails such that the golf balls are maximally exposed to ultrasonic waves emitted from the ultrasonic cleaning container. The cleaned golf balls are lifted by the transfer pin of the transfer belt of a transfer belt assembly received in the ultrasonic cleaning container, and are automatically transferred into a dryer along the golf ball transfer rail of the golf ball transfer support disposed outside the ultrasonic cleaning container. The golf balls fed into the dryer are dried by hot air within the dryer while the golf balls are transferred by a transfer screw within the dryer and then automatically discharged. Since the golf ball cleaner according to the present invention automatically performs all the processes, including feeding the golf balls into the cleaning container, cleaning the golf balls using ultrasonic waves, and drying the golf balls, the number of processes and the time required for cleaning the golf balls may be significantly reduced as compared to conventional golf ball cleaners, in which golf balls are arranged one by one by a person and fed into a cleaning container, and after being cleaned, are taken out one by one by a person to be dried.
