| 摘要 | An adjustable basketball training apparatus comprising an upper portion having a horizontal obstruction supported by one or more support members and a lower portion movably attached to said support members such that the height of the horizontal obstruction may be adjusted to force a player to release a basketball with a desirable trajectory toward the intended target, such as a basket or another player, and methods for use thereof. The training apparatus is adjustable and may include vertical obstructions extending from the horizontal obstruction, attachments that simulate all or part of a defender, means for distracting a player, and a ball storage rack. | ||||||
