PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand the range of a power supply path voltage wherein a mechanical switch can correctly be read in a form wherein a CMOS input is advantageous costwise. SOLUTION: This is a passive processing circuit which is especially useful in a DC electric system wherein a ground potential offset is possibly generated like in an automobile and processes ground-side switch closure to a CMOS input 20 of MCU. Three resistances R1, R2, and R3 are coupled between the supply potential of a DC power source 10 and the ground potential. The connection part of two resistors R1 and R2 is coupled with the output 16 of a grounding type input switch 12. The connection part of the two resistors R2 and R3 is coupled with the CMOS input 20. A 4th resistor R4 is coupled between the two-way input/output 22 of the MCU and the connection part of the 2nd and 3rd resistors. The MCU implements logic which selectively turns on and off the resistor R4 cooperating with the 2nd and 3rd resistors.

PURPOSE: To detect and process an information to the on/off condition of a switching device which turns on and off a load, by a simple and secure method, and to transmit the result to a microprocessor. CONSTITUTION: Information about the on/off condition of switching devices 2.1 and 2.2 is fed in parallel to a circuit block 4 through signal lines, it is digitized as a binary value of '0' or '1' at a specified time, and the result is transmitted in series to a microprocessor 1. To the signal lines, resistances 3.1 and 3.2 with high resistances are connected respectively. To the circuit block 4, the power is fed to let a current flow alternately through a protective diode of the circuit block in the opened condition of the switching devices, and to let no current flow in the blocked condition of the switching devices. The discrimination whether a current flows alternately or flows constantly, that is, the discrimination of the switching condition, is carried out by analyzing the binary value with micro processor which is detected timely continuously to the multiple examination in the period of the half wave. PURPOSE: To provide a device for monitoring the switch position of a switch which is applicable for any auxiliary voltage source, without further being specifically adapted. CONSTITUTION: This device for monitoring the switch position of a switch 1 is specified. The device is provided with an auxiliary voltage source 2 connected to the switch 1, a first means 3 for the conversion of the switch position to an electric signal, a second means 4 for the transmission of the electric signal, and a third means 5 for evaluation of transmitted information. The conversion consists of a pulse width modulation for which the duty cycle is selected so as to be high, when a voltage Uo of the auxiliary voltage source is low. It supplies a monitoring device usable for a selectable auxiliary voltage, without the need for adaptation. Further, this method for monitoring the switch position of the switch 1 is specified.

PURPOSE: To provide auxiliary contact which is independent of the current intensity flowing in contacts and is not extinguished by composing a contact of utilizing drain/source outputs of a MOSFET and driving the contact with a coil coiled in toroidal shaped on a core. CONSTITUTION: This contact has outputs X1, Y1 and is composed of drain/source outputs of a MOSFET 97 having terminal voltage, which is to be one of two values corresponding to that the apparatus is in closed state or that the apparatus is in opened state. Toroidal shape ferrite cores 1 in the same number as that of the auxiliary contacts to be installed in the line 84 are installed. In the case the apparatus is in either one state of opened state and closed state, the MOSFET 97 is driven through a coil B1 of the torodial-shape core T1 into which the zero electric current flowing line 84 is inserted. In the case the apparatus is in the other state, either opened or closed state, pulsed current is supplied to the line 84. This pulsed current is generated by a microprocessor which receives information of the state of the apparatus through a position sensor.
