<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate voltage control system for electrostatically actuating a MEMS switch 14. <P>SOLUTION: The gate voltage control system includes an electrostatically responsive actuator movable through a gap for changing over a close state/open state. A drive circuit 10 applies a gate voltage to a gate terminal 16 of a device in accordance with a gate voltage control sequence. The gate voltage control sequence includes: a first interval T1 for ramping up the gate voltage at a certain rate to a voltage level for producing an electrostatic force sufficient to accelerate the actuator through a portion of the gap to be traversed by the actuator to reach each actuating condition; a second interval T2 for ramping down the gating voltage at a certain rate to a level sufficient to reduce the electrostatic force acting on the movable actuator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT | ||||||

PURPOSE:To improve control precision by providing a correction amount calculating means to determine a correction amount of a dither by means of a total sum of deviation integration values of dither currents to a solenoid current and output it to a dither applying means. A dither D is applied in an output part 71 by means of a dither applying part 72, and a dither current ID periodically changed at the same level as that of the solenoid current IS flows to a proportional solenoid 51. In this case, a secondary pressure control valve is proportionally operated as it is vibrated by means of a dither current ID, for regulating pressure and controlling so that a secondary pressure coincides with a target value. Meanwhile, the dither current ID from an output part 71 is inputted to an integration value calculating part 73 together with the solenoid current IS. Deviation integration values of the solenoid currents IS to the dither currents are calculated, and by using a total value thereof, control is made by a correction amount calculating part 74 so that an average current of the dither currents ID coincides with the solenoid current IS. | ||||||
