PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven operating device for circuit breaker of such an arrangement that its manually operating handle is restrained to prohibit operation when this device remotely operated by driving a motor in the motor operating mode.
SOLUTION: A changeover lever 3 moves over two positions, i.e., a motor operating mode position to correspond to the motor operating mode and a manually operating mode position to correspond to the manually operating mode, and is equipped with a hindering part to admit operation of the manually operating handle 5 when the lever 3 is in the manually operating mode position and to be engaged with the handle 5 when it 3 is in the motor operating mode position so as to restrain the operation of the handle 5.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation mechanism for a breaker in which reliability is high, cost is low, and no occurrence of the intermittent working of a gear and noise resulting from the same is allowed.
SOLUTION: An operation mechanism is equipped with a large gear 9 driving a cam shaft 8 in order to store mechanical energy in a cutoff spring, a small gear 15 working with the large gear 9, and a clutch drive element 16 constituting a clutch together with a small gear on the same axis with the small gear 15. The clutch drive element 16 is driven by a operating drive motor 17, and simultaneously in the vicinity of the standstill position of the cam 13 and the large gear 9 in an energy storing state of a closing spring, the coupling of the small gear 15 and the clutch drive element 16 is released by a cam mechanism composed of an end face cam provided on a large gear end face and the clutch drive element 16.

PURPOSE:To allow the trip display of a circuit breaker handle by separating a slider from a cam to move the slider in positions of ON, OFF and trip interlockingly to the handle of the breaker without constraining the slider by the cam. CONSTITUTION:In the OFF state of a circuit breaker 37, an electric motor 43 is driven by ON operation to rotate a cam 44 by 180 deg. in the direction of an arrow 67, and this 180 deg. rotation of the cam 44 is detected by a microswitch to stop the rotation of the electric motor 43. Since an ON operation side cam engaging part 50 is pressed by a cam roller 47 in the course of the rotation of the cam 44, a slider 48 is moved in the ON direction of a handle 38, and the circuit breaker 37 is ON. In accordance with the movement of the slider 48, a manual lever 57 is rotated clockwise, and a display board is rotated clockwise by the rotation of a manual operation shaft 56 to present ON display in a display window. |

CONSTITUTION: In order to alternately connect an electric load 91 to one power supply of two power supplies 94, 96, an over-center type spring mechanism 48 is operated by linking with connecting devices 24, 90, and driving devices 30, 34, 40 are driven so as to pass the central position from first and second positions. When the over-center type spring is moved between the first position and the second position, devices 17, 81 stop the movement in the position where a load is not connected to one power supply. Like this, an off-center position is formed. Thereby, the load can be connected to either power supply.

The invention is provided with a spring as the breaking force and closing buffer, a chassis and a plum blossom contact structure, a manual emergency breaking and manual closing function. Further, the invention is provided with an in-out auxiliary mechanism of a movable contact, a chassis closing and locking mechanism, and a hydraulic buffer mechanism. Advantages of the present invention include simple structure, stable performance, and long mechanical life. The pull-out structure is used, greatly improving the convenience of installation and maintenance. The capacitor is used as a permanent magnet drive power supply, completing the switching between the two medium voltage power supplies. The invention realizes comprehensive operation functions of the change-over switch, such as automatic operation switching, electrical operation switching, and manual switching. |
