61 Small-sized switch for printed circuit board JP23787688 1988-09-22 JPH0287430A 1990-03-28 OHASHI SHIGEO
PURPOSE:To form a small switch for printed circuit board without dispersion of contacting and operating force by furnishing a thin groove aslant at the undersurface of a converter piece with respect to a guide hole in a guide plate, and allowing a slide equipped in this thin groove to move tracing the guide hole in the guide plate. CONSTITUTION:When a grip 20 is tilted to the left, a converter piece 17 moves to the right, and a slide 18 slides in a thin groove 17a in the converter piece under guidance of a guide plate 16 along its guide hole 16a, and the tip slides outward moving apart from the center of a movable contact piece 14 to put a switch into OFF. If the grip 20 is tilted further to the right, the converter piece 17 moves to the left, while the slide 18 slides on the thin groove 17a and movable contact piece 14 along the guide hole 16a from outside toward the center, and the tip depresses the center of the movable contact piece 14. This causes the movable contact piece 14 to deform to come in contact with a stationary contact piece, and switch is turned into ON.

PURPOSE:To prevent a sealing material from being peeled off by forming fine grooves communicating between opening sections and the outside on the sealing material sticking face of a case and covering and sticking the sealing material on the opening sections and the fine grooves. CONSTITUTION:Fine grooves 9 communicating between opening sections 7 and the outside are formed on the sealing material sticking face 1c of a case so that the case interior and the outside air are communicated through the fine grooves 9 when the sealing material 8 is stuck. Even if the air in the case 1 is expanded when processings such as preliminary heating, flux coating, dip soldering are performed, the inside air is released to the outside through the fine grooves. The sealing material 8 is thereby prevented from being peeled off due to the abnormal rise of the air pressure in the case 1. Air vent holes are formed with the fine grooves 9, thus the infiltration of dust or a cleaning liquid can be surely prevented.

PURPOSE:To aim at miniaturization as well as to make manufacture easy, and furthermore improve an operating characteristic too, by fixing plural common terminal strips set up adjacently to a plurality fixed terminal strips to be set up at the specified intervals along a joining plane between terminal bases and each fixed terminal strip by means of insert forming, respectively, and attaching a base end of a plurality of moving contactors tightly to the other side of terminal base blocks. CONSTITUTION:Plural number of fixed terminal strips 7 are set up along a joining plane between base blocks 4, 5, forming them into a single-in-line type package where outer ends 7b of these fixed terminal strips 7 are lined up in a straight line. In addition, a terminal base 6 is divided into two parts, and the fixed terminal strip 7 and a common terminal strip 8 are parallelly placed on the base block 4 of one side, these fixed and common terminal strips 7, 8 are formed from a frame and clamped to the base block 4 by means of insert forming, and that even at the time of being built in a switch case 1 of both these base blocks 4, 5, a central curved part 12d of an inverted U-shaped moving contactor 12 is fitted in a fitting recess 17 of an operating lever 14 with no consideration of accuracy.
