PURPOSE: To realize miniaturization as well as to enhance operability and mouldability of a key button by integrally joint-moulding a plurality of key buttons at both ends in the X-axis direction by means of an L-shape hinge along a rod-like frame in the X-axis direction. CONSTITUTION: Each key button 23 is supported at both ends thereof in the X-axis direction by a short-side part 24b of an L-shape hinge part 24. A long- side part 24a of the hinge part 24 is joined from the Y-axis direction to both side positions or one side position of a frame 22 formed into a rod-shape in the X-axis direction. Accordingly, when the key button 23 is depressed the upper surface thereof, while keeping a horizontal state, ascends, thus enhancing operability. Also, an arrangement pitch of a button 23 in the X-axis direction is shortened and each button is miniaturized so that the number of the buttons can be increased. Moreover, at the time of manufacturing, in a synthetic resin molding metal mold a synthetic resin is injected from a runner through a gate 23c of each button 23 and pressed into the frame 22 through the hinge part 24 so as to form a key button device 21, thus making moldability excellent. PURPOSE: To permit to readily manufacture a push button sheet having its excellent dimensional accuracy, by applying an injection moulding process and a transferring process to carry out moulding of a push button sheet simultaneously with forming of an electroconductive contact. CONSTITUTION: A transferring sheet 1 prepared by forming an electroconductive contact pattern 3 having its elasticity on a base sheet 2 having its exfoliativeness is aligned fixed respectively within an injection moulding die 4, and subsequently thermoplastic elastomer resin having its elongation of 100 to 1,400 percent, its hardness of 30 to 99 (JIS A) and its impact resilience of 50 to 90 percent is injected into the die to form a switch base 6. With this process, an electroconductive contact 8 is transferred to the reverse side of a push button portion 7 of the switch base 6, and then the base sheet 2 is exfoliated to form the electroconductive contact 8 on the reverse side of the push button portion 7. In this manner, as the electroconductive contact 8 is formed by means of transferring simultaneously with the formation of the switch base 6 by means of injection moulding, the formation of the electroconductive contact 8 is facilitated, and therefore a push button sheet 5 can be obtained with its excellent dimensional accuracy.
