PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small portable telephone set whose expense effect is high, which can make the best use of the space in a handset, does not require surface fitting parts to a printed board for telephone, and has a sound volume switch assembly. SOLUTION: A sound volume switch assembly 31 fitted in a back casing part 2 is provided with a flexible board 16, having a plurality of conductor patterns and a switch 20, which is fitted to the end part 19 of the flexible board 16 and which can be deformed. Contact pads 24a, 25a and 26a are formed around a hole 18 in the end tab 17 of the flexible board 16. A contact pad is formed around a hole 14 at the upper face of a printed board 3. A holding screw 13a is made to pass through the holes 14 and 18, and the holding screw 13a is fitted to the screw hole 15 of the back casing part 2. Thus, the printed board 3 and the flexible board 16 are fixed to the back casing part 2 in a state, where the mutual contact pads of the end tab 17 and the printed board 3 are connected electrically. PURPOSE:To obtain a solar battery unit which can be set at the position of an external output terminal inexpensively with a heat sealing connector by forming substantially rectangular slender sheet of heat sealing connector, and forming approx. the both ends in a bent U-shape. CONSTITUTION:A heat sealing connector 11 is formed in a linear rectangular slender shape from a sheet material of an insulating film, and conductive patterns 12-17 made of conductive thermal pressing adhesive are formed on one surface. The conductive patterns 12, 17 of both ends are respectively formed in a rectangular slender shape in width of the ends 12a, 17a of the outside, and the shorter rectangular conductive patterns 13-16 than the patterns 12, 17 are formed at an equal interval. An insulating thermal pressing adhesive is coated on the other parts of the patterns 12-17 on the surface of the connector 11. Such connectors 11 are bent along the folded curves 19, 19 at the positions of the ends 12b, 17b inside the patterns 12, 17 of both ends, and the entirety is formed in U-shape.

PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy selection of ink and at the same time to avoid increase of hardness of a print layer as well as the deterioration of flexibility of a film itself, by printing the transparent and clear ink to a flexible film underwent previously a mat treatment applied on its one side. CONSTITUTION:A mat treatment is previously applied to the surface (a) of a sheet material 1 by coarsening the entire surface, and the rear surface (b) is lustered. Then key symbol characters 2, key frames 3, etc. are printed on the surface (b), and furthermore the solid print 6 is applied to the entire surface (a) excluding a display part 4 and a photodetecting part 5 of a solar battery. Then prints 11 and 12 are applied with clear ink to the surfaces of the parts 4 and 5 on the surface (a) undergone the mat treatment. In such a way of printing, the ink soaks into mat frames on the coarse surface. Thus the projecting/ recessing parts are eliminated. This reduces the diffused reflection of light, and the light is projected to a display device and the solar battery.

Systems and methodologies are provided for fabrication of a self contained key pad module having a top cover and a bottom cover. The top cover and the bottom cover encapsulate and/or sandwich a stack of keypad components via an over mold procedure that is performed around the stack. The packed stack between the top cover and the bottom cover can include a flex member, an electro luminous panel, and a silicone membrane with a plurality of keys thereupon. |
