166 Inclination detector JP19075797 1997-07-02 JPH1123211A 1999-01-29 TANAZAWA MASAYOSHI; MINAMI SHUNJI
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the parts used in an inclination detector commonly usable and to simplify the structure of the detector and, at the same time, to improve the workability of the assembling work of the detector. SOLUTION: An inclination detector is formed by arranging two conductive pins 11 each having a stepped shape composed of a large-diameter section 11a and a small-diameter section 11b in nearly parallel with each other in the same direction in an insulating case and providing a projection 19 in the insulating case in such a way that a conductive ball 13 may come into contact with both of the pins 11 when the ball 13 is positioned on the large-diameter sections 11a of the pins 11, but does not come into contact with one of the pins 11 when the ball 13 is positioned on the small-diameter positions 11b. Since the two conductive pins 11 can be conducted to each other or non-conducted from each other with the ball 13 by tilting the insulating case, the inclination of the case can be detected. In addition, since the pins 11 are provided in parallel with each other in the same direction in the case, the pins 11 can be formed in the same shape. Therefore, the parts of this inclination detector can be used commonly and the structure of the detector can be simplified, and then, the workability of the assembling work of the detector can be improved.

169 Manufacture of contact JP12647491 1991-05-01 JPH04329226A 1992-11-18 MATSUMORA SATORU
PURPOSE: To manufacture at low cost a contact which is excellent in precision, in contact characteristics, and in sliding characteristics. CONSTITUTION: In the first step, a carbon paste film is formed on a carrier film 1 and, in the second step, this paste film is hardened to form a carbon layer 2. In the third step, the carrier film 1 formed with the carbon layer 2 is inserted into a first mold as patternized, whereby electrically conductive plastid is injected from an injection port 32. In the fourth step, an electrically conductive plastic block 4 formed by injection molding is taken out, and the carrier film 1 is peeled off to thereby transfer the carbon layer 2 onto the patterned conductive plastic surface, thus to manufacture an electrically conductive block 5. In the fifth step, the conductive block 5 is inserted into a second mold 6, the carbon layer 2 being brought into contact with the surface of one mold member so that insulative plastic may be prevented from adhering to this carbon layer 2. In this condition, injection molding is performed using the insulative plastic. In the sixth step, a formed insulative plastic block 7 is taken out. COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio

PURPOSE: To vary the colors of display portions depending on the daytime and the nighttime so as to simply convert the colors of light illuminating the respective display portions into many colors by suitably selecting each of colors of plural light-transmissive colored paints. CONSTITUTION: In the daytime, display portions 12, 13, 14 represented in white color on a black ground can be respectively confirmed by utilizing external light to visually observe a difference in color between each of an external shape formation member 19 and a light-trapping paint 25, and each of a light- transmissive colored paint 20, and light-transmissive colored paints 23, 24 all developing respective corresponding images on an uppermost layer. In the nighttime on the other hand, the display portion 12 illuminated with white light, the display portion 13 illuminated with red light and the display portion 14 illuminated with blue light, all at a dark place, can be confirmed distinguishably from one another by turning on a light source 27 in a key top 11 so that the output light goes through a display member 18, the light-transmissive colored paint 20, a light-transmissive colored paint 21, a light-transmissive colored paint 22 and the light-transmissive colored paints 23, 24 to be trapped by both the external shape formation member 19 and the light-trapping paint 25. PURPOSE: To improve reliability of a switch and detect its micro-displacement by forming an electric conducting portion with synthetic resin and housing it in a forming die as it is compressed to mold an insulating portion so that both portions can be formed in each prescribed form. CONSTITUTION: The contact face 10 of an electric conducting portion 13 with a brush 4 is formed such that the contact face 10 is lower than the surface of an insulating portion 14, so that the time when the brush 4 passingly comes into contact with the electric conducting portion 13 becomes substantially short; resultantly, it is possible portion to detect a micro-displacement. Grooves 6, 6 are made in both sides of a projecting of the electric conducting portion 13 where the contact face 10 is formed, and wear dust produced as the brush 4 scratchingly passes drops into the grooves 6, 6, so that the reliability of the switch can be improved because the contact on the contact face is not interupted by the wear dust. In the manufacturing process, the electric conducting portion 13 is firstly formed and then, put into the die as it is pushedly pressed to be integrally molded with the insulating portion 14, and after release from the die, the contact face 10 and the grooves 6, 6 are easily formed in an accurate form by elasticity. The invention relates to an illuminable production part that, in particular, consists of an actuating element (5) for an electric switch (3). The production part comprises at least two adjacently arranged areas (10, 11), which can be illuminated independent of one another and which contain visible surfaces. These visible surfaces can consist of a function symbol (7, 7'), a function indicator (8) or the like. The illuminable area (10, 11) is comprised, at least on the visible surface, of a material that is at least partially transparent to visible light. The surface (6) of the illuminable area (10), optionally by means of a coating, such as a paint, that is essentially opaque to visible light, can be provided so that only the visible surface is exposed. At least the one illuminable area (11) consists of another area (12) comprised of a material that is essentially opaque to visible light and is surrounded in such a manner that both illuminable areas (10, 11) that are adjacent to one another are separated from one another by the essentially opaque material of the other area (12).

Such a control (10) firstly has a control housing (11) with a control rocker switch (21) which is mounted on the control housing in such a way that it can be rocked and at least two electrical wires in the interior of the housing, which protrude from the control housing (11) and are attached to an electrical drive of one lock. An electrical switch which in turn has a switch housing with a ductile snap disc (40), which interacts with at least two rest contacts as articulated contact when a switch actuator deforms the snap disc, is normally a part of this control. The rest contacts are connected to the wires in the control housing (11). In order to manufacture an economical and space-saving device, it is proposed that the control housing (11) is also used as the switch housing and that the control rocker switch (21) is also utilized as the switch actuator. That way the rest contacts of the switch and the wires are formed from one part in the control housing (21) and make up a grill insert in the control housing (21). The control housing (21) has a support bearing (37) in the area of the grill insert, at which the snap disc (40) is supported with its bearing points.
