Le piston d'amortissement (60) est fixe de maniere ajustable a la partie tige de l'armature (38) pour se mouvoir a l'interieur du cylindre du dash-pot (56). Une rainure annulaire (65) formee dans le bord peripherique (66) du piston (60) recoit de maniere flottante des joints toriques (70) pour isoler la chambre a l'interieur du cylindre (56) du milieu ambiant au-dessus du piston (60). Une paire de soupapes a pointeau (82, 83) s'etendent au travers du piston (60) fournissant des passages d'air variablement restreints pour controler la reponse de l'assemblage du dash-pot a solenoide (21). Des coussinets en feutre (87) assourdissent le son de l'air passant au travers des ouvertures (80, 81). | ||||||
