PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic manifold assembly having a block including a plurality of fluid ports, and a set of hydraulic fittings.SOLUTION: There is provide the assembly and the set of hydraulic fittings in which the fluid ports are arranged on the surface of a block 24. Each fitting is assigned to a prescribed one of the ports. Each fitting includes hollow bolts 37A-D insertable into the prescribed fluid port, and a banjo block having a first aperture for receiving the hollow bolts 37A-D and a second aperture intersecting the first aperture. The second aperture provides an external fluid port for fluidly coupling a remote device. The plurality of banjo blocks 38A-D includes an adjacent pair of banjo blocks 38A-D and have exterior shapes complementary to each other to control the relative orientation therebetween when coupled to the prescribed fluid ports. The exterior shapes of the adjacent banjo blocks 38A-D cooperate to prevent misassembly.

144 Structure to connect pipeline to device JP32977398 1998-11-19 JPH11230437A 1999-08-27 GEVAUD ROLAND
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for connecting a pipeline to the orifice of a device to eliminate a risk of particles, such as metallic particle and dried adhesive, in the line being contaminated. SOLUTION: In a structure for connecting a pipeline 4 to the opening 3 of a device 1, a recessed part 5 provided at its central part with a socket 6 through which a pipe 2 reaching the opening passes is formed at the periphery of the opening 3. The end part of the socket is formed in the shape of a taper 7. Since the end part of the line is held by a means 8 in a state to be pressed against the taper 7 part of the socket 6, mounting on the end part to be connected of the pipe line 4 is carried out in coordination of the recessed part 5 with the means of the peripheral wall 10.

146 Packing built-in eye joint JP17390593 1993-07-14 JPH0777294A 1995-03-20 ITO TAKAO
PURPOSE:To improve workability in constructing an eye joint by composing a metallic packing, which is built into an upper seal face and a lower seal face of an eye joint respectively, of an integrated body using a metallic packing provided with upper and lower packing parts corresponding with respective seal faces and a latch part. CONSTITUTION:A U-shaped copper packing 8 is formed by punching an upper packing part, 8a, lower packing part. 8b, and a fixing hole 8c in a steel plate and bending the steel plate into a U-shape. In the U-shaped copper packing 8, the fixing hole 8c is fitted into a neck part 7 of an eye joint to be fixed by means of welding, brazing, adhesive, or the like. By a packing built-in eye joint 6 constructed in this way, the upper packing part 8a and the lower packing part 8b are integrally mounted and fixed on the upper and the lower seal faces of the eye joint, so that a failure in installation of the packing can be prevented in assembly while alignment can be carried out extremely easily.

PURPOSE: To ensure sealing and simplify operation by inserting a shank having a transversal hole into the through holes of the eyelet-type movable hollow joint having an internal chamber and a cannular duct via flexible round sealing gaskets. CONSTITUTION: An eyelet-type joint 1 has parallel coaxial through holes 2 and 2' in the opposite upper surface 6 and lower surface 7 respectively. The shank 3 of a screw is inserted into these through holes 2, 2'. A first round groove 10 is formed in the vicinity of the lower side 8 of a head 4 of the shank 3 of the screw, and a second round groove 11 substantially corresponding to the lower parallel surface is formed in the vicinity of the threaded region 5 parallel with the first round groove 10. Round gaskets 9 and 9' are arranged in the grooves 10 and 11 respectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO

159 Pipeline fastener EP14152085.8 2014-01-22 EP2899443A1 2015-07-29 Hsu, Hung-I

A pipeline fastener (4) defines at least one hole (423) formed on a hollow shank (42) with a channel (422) formed therein and has a chip-removing section (424) at least formed between the hole (423) and the channel (422) of the shank (41). A diameter (d2) of the chip-removing section (424) is bigger than a bore diameter (d1) of the hole (423). Accordingly, by the chip-removing section (424) with the bigger diameter (d2), burrs (2) which are originally formed at a convergence between a bore surface (4231) of the hole (423) and a periphery of the shank (42) can be removed. Consequently, following burr-cleaning procedures are reduced to lower the production cost, and damages of the burrs (2) to other objects at the time of using the pipeline fastener (4) are further prevented, thereby improving the safety of the use efficiently.
