PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat measurement system for detecting a malfunction in a heat generation system in which when the temperature of a part of a gas turbine exhaust flow is higher than a desired temperature, the conduit of an HRSG may subject to excessive vapor pressure, and consequently some of the components of the HRSG may wear early.SOLUTION: The system 10 includes a radiation sensor 66 configured such that a field of view is orientated toward a conduit in an exhaust heat recovery boiler 34 and a signal indicating the temperature of the conduit is output. The system 10 further includes a controller 68 connected to the radiation sensor 66 so that it is able to communicate with the sensor. The controller 68 is configured so as to determine the temperature based on the signal and compare this temperature with the threshold value. In addition, the radiation sensor 66 can be composed of a thermopile. Also, the threshold value can be set so as to indicate a desired highest operating-temperature for the conduit 74. | ||||||

CONSTITUTION: Under environmental/chemical conditions of a steamusing system 10 which, selectively accompanied by steam, comprises a boiler 12, a steam header 14, and a deaerating/dewatering tank 20, etc., such tracer which is sufficiently active and stable in a dose of used component is used as a component from an adding point to a sampling point. An instrument 28 for continuously monitoring a tracer concentration in a condensed water comprises a detector 30 for measuring the concentration in a sample from the characteristics in the steam of tracer, with a converter for generating a voltage corresponding to the analysis and a recorder 32 for continuously recording an analogue value of tracer concentration as a function of time provided as well. A colorimetry or spectrometry is employed for a tracer such as dye, and an analogue concentration of voltage prefers absorbance to fluorescence radiation. |
