PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an excavated hole with a strong wall cannot be formed in a specific earth condition because earth and sand fall from the wall of the excavated hole before a filling material is filled in the completed excavated hole.
SOLUTION: An earth removal head 40 is removably attached on the bottom end of a drill rod 20. By this, the earth in the circumference is removed when the head is made to penetrate the earth. Upon the arrival at a specified depth, the drill rod 20 is removed from the earth removal head 40. The bottom end of the rod 20 is designed as an earth removal part 30 with a width wider than that of the drill rod part adjacent to it. Because the earth removal part 30 has a wider width, the earth and sand falling from above at the time of extraction is removed toward the wall of the excavated hole.

SOLUTION: In the drill for boring the anchor fixing hole 72 with the neighborhood of its bottom part expanded, a stopper 4 having a diameter larger than the outside diameter of a drill main body 2 is formed on the shank 3 side of the drill main body 2, and the surface 41 on the tip side of the drill of the stopper 4 is formed to be a tapered, curved surface extending wider from the tip side of the drill toward the shank 3 side.

The tube member 16 has plural apertures 26, which are formed in the wall thereof and enable the fluid to flow in a direction intersecting almost perpendicularly to the principal axis. Further, the injection and extraction tube is provided with a mounting means 40, with which the tube member is detachably mounted on a driving means 38 to enable the revolving action around the principal axis of the tube member, and this mounting means 40 is constituted to detachably mount the tube member 16 on a fluid system, which acts so as to be drived by passing the fluid through the apertures 26. |

Accordingly, output signals of the clinometer are transmitted from one relay rod 14b to the other relay rod 14b through electromagnetic induction action between the primary coil 30 and the secondary coil 34. |

CONSTITUTION: The mounting drill includes an elongated hollow drive shaft supported vertically and rotated. The upper end of the drive shaft is connected to a jet flow, the lower end attaches a drill bit 30, and a drill includes the drive shaft and a coaxially extending hollow sleeve 50. A pair of drill blades 62 cantilevered from the sleeve 50 and extended positively reverse directional outward is provided with a plurality of drill teeth 66 directed to the tangential direction of the sleeve 50 along a front edge respectively, in addition, one hollow pipe 70 is extended along a rear edge, and fluid is jetted into soil during drill rotation. A plurality of nozzle orifices 74 are provided. A sensor responds to the drive shaft and the speed of the drill, and fluid jetting is performed by electronic control.

PURPOSE:To prevent the return of excavated soil by a method in which a circular expanding blade is pivotally attached to the periphery of the screw blade, and the circular expanding blade is housed when the auger is inversely turned by a stopper and a coupler but automatically expanded when the auger is turned normally. CONSTITUTION:An expanding blade 6 of a height smaller than the pitch of the screw blade 2 of a screw auger for on-site piling work is pivotally attached to the periphery of the screw blade 2 in such a way that it can expanded when the auger is turned normally but shrunk when the auger is turned inversely. The cross section of the blade 6 is a circular. A stopper 8 is provided to near the periphery of the blade 2, and a hook 12 fixed to a rod 13 vertically moving in parallel with the auger shaft 1 is coupled to the tip of the blade 6. When the auger is turned inversely, the blade 6 is shrunk by the stopper 8 and the hook 12, but when the auger is turned normally, the blade is expanded by means of the resistance of soil by releasing the hook 12. The return of excavated soil in the expanded diameter portion can thus be prevented. |
