PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a wall of a bored hole for securing the mechanical strength and quality of a cast-in-place pile, especially the quality of the bottom end part.
SOLUTION: A hole is bored by a boring system having a simple auger 30 and a dip tube 36 slidably provided on the auger and having a tool 38 mounted at the bottom end part 32a. This method includes a process of simultaneously lowering and rotating the auger and the dip tube when the tool is at the same level with the bottom end part of the auger, a process of stopping lowering and rotation of the auger so that the auger becomes a means for staying the boring system in the ground, and a process of independently lowering and rotating the dip tube to perform boring when lowering and rotation of the tool displaces the ground so that the ground for boring a hole is compacted at the bottom of the bored hole.

PURPOSE: To form a long pile with a short working slide face by providing an auger comprising a slide face having a shorter effective length than the length of a pile to be formed, a lower section and upper section which have length not longer than the length of the slide face.
CONSTITUTION: The lower section 1 of an auger is introduced in the ground by a boring engine 6 at the top of a slide face 16 having effective length half, for example, the length of the length L of a pile to be formed. In the next step, with only the engine 6 raised and the upper section 10 of the auger attached through an inner driving member 4, boring is finished by introducing the pile in the ground by the engine 6. In the next step, concrete is supplied from a concrete supply pipe 8 in an excavated hole and at the same time, the engine 6 is made to rise with the engine 6 paused. Then, with the upper section 10 removed, the engine 6 is lowered again, and then, with the lower section 1 locked, the engine 6 is raised kept paused, and the lower section 1 is raised. Pile casting is thus finished.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that such a phenomenon is particularly possibly caused that the granulation of soil does not sufficiently advance, or coarse gravel exists, though there are extremely many cases that the inner wall of a drill pipe and a conveyor screw are relatively early and easily worn by this delay, since the fact that the progress of excavation becomes relatively slow in a specific state is known in twin head type excavation.
SOLUTION: This method excavates a boring hole in the soil, and carries out an exposed soil substance by the conveyor screw in a drill pipe, by loosening the substance by at least one main edge provided in front in the axial direction of the conveyor screw, by penetrating into the soil, while rotating the drill pipe and the conveyor screw arranged in the drill pipe. The main edge is arranged on the drill pipe following this operation, and is rotated together with the drill pipe. This device can also be used in this method for excavating the boring hole in the soil.
