A dyeing method for raising a blue color is provided. The method includes dyeing fabric with raw dye, ferro-mordanting the fabric having undergone the dyeing of raw dye with ferro-mordant, producing potassium ferrocyanide solution by dissolving potassium ferrocyanide in water, and putting the fabric having undergone the ferro-mordanting into the solution obtained in the potassium ferrocyanide solution production and then ripening the fabric until a blue color of a desired tone is raised. Accordingly, a stabilized dyeing state of blue color group is easily got even using natural dyeing materials as material difficult to raise a blue color on fabric.

The natural textile including cotton, silk, hemp and wool is immersed for 50-70 minutes. Any one mordant selected among alum, copper(II) acetate monohydrate, tin chloride, magnesium sulfate, iron sulfate, natural mordants is mixed with water of 20 liter and the immersed and dyed natural textile is mordanted by the mixed solution. The mordanted natural textile is rinsed in the clean water for three days by 10 times and dried.

본 발명은 치즈염색장치를 통한 면사(綿絲)의 천연염색방법에 관한 것으로 특히 봉제완구용 직물을 직조하는데 사용되는 면사의 천연염색방법에 관한 것이며, 인체 및 환경을 보호할 수 있는 자연친화적인 염색방법에 관한 것이다. 이같은 본 발명은 봉제완구에 사용되는 직물을 직조하는 면사를 염색함에 있어서, 일반 치즈염색장치를 통해 공정을 진행하되, 치즈염색용 튜브에 일반 치즈염색시 실을 감는 장력의 50% 정도의 장력으로 면사를 감아 치즈형태의 면사롤을 형성하는 면사롤 형성단계와, 면사롤 다수개를 염색기 내부에 적층한 후 면사롤이 충분히 잠길 수 있는 정도의 물을 충전하고, 물 중량 대비 10%에 해당하는 천연염료를 첨가한 상태에서 120℃ 온도로 1.5-2.0시간동안 염색이 이루어지도록 하는 염색단계와, 상기 염색단계 이후 염색기 내부의 물에 매염제를 투입하여 매염재를 포함한 물 속에서 면사롤이 1시간 가량 침지되어 있도록 하는 매염단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로, 상기와 같은 본 발명에 의하면 일반 치즈염색장치를 통해 면사의 천연염색이 가능해지게 되므로 한번에 다량의 면사를 염색할 수 있게 되어 생산성을 높일 수 있게 되고, 염색시 천연소재가 갖는 자연스럽고 고급스러운 컬러가 착색되므로 제품의 질을 높일 수 있게 되는 것은 물론, 염색과정 및 제품에서 공해물질을 배출하지 않게 되므로 인체에 해를 끼치지 않고 자연환경을 보호하는 효과를 얻을 수 있게 되는 것이다.
